Ingredients

  • 3 Kanzi® apples
  • ½ mango, in chunks
  • 200ml orange juice
  • 200ml yoghurt (or soya yoghurt)
  • 100g spinach, rinsed

Cooking Instructions

Preparation: 10 minutes

Serve: 2 serves

  1. Peel two Kanzi® apples and cut into chunks.
  2. In a blender, purée the mango chunks, 100ml orange juice, 100ml yoghurt and half of the apple chunks. Pour into a measuring jug.
  3. Purée the spinach with the rest of the orange juice, yoghurt and apple chunks.
  4. Divide one of the smoothies between two large glasses and then top up with the other smoothie to form two layers. Serve with a straw.
  5. Slice a few thin pieces of the third Kanzi® apple to decorate the edge of the glass.
