- 1 Kanzi® Apple
- 4 Slices of crispbread
- 1 Tub of cottage cheese, approx 200g
- 1 tsp pink pepper, crushed
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 cup of cress for garnish
First spread the crisp bread with plenty of cottage cheese. Then cut the apple in slices with the peel on and divide these over the cottage cheese.
Before serving, garnish the finished slices with crushed pepper, cress and honey.
The version with wholemeal crisp bread is especially rich in dietary fibre.3
