- 3 Kanzi® apples
- ½ mango, in chunks
- 200ml orange juice
- 200ml yoghurt (or soya yoghurt)
- 100g spinach, rinsed
Preparation: 10 minutes
Serve: 2 serves
- Peel two Kanzi® apples and cut into chunks.
- In a blender, purée the mango chunks, 100ml orange juice, 100ml yoghurt and half of the apple chunks. Pour into a measuring jug.
- Purée the spinach with the rest of the orange juice, yoghurt and apple chunks.
- Divide one of the smoothies between two large glasses and then top up with the other smoothie to form two layers. Serve with a straw.
- Slice a few thin pieces of the third Kanzi® apple to decorate the edge of the glass.
