• 4 thick slices of a granary bloomer
  • 2 tbsp brown crab meat
  • 250g white crab meat
  • 1 Kanzi® apple
  • 1 red chilli finely diced
  • The juice of 1 lime
  • 4 tbsp low fat mayonnaise
  • 2 spring onions finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp coriander leaves

Cooking Instructions

  1. Lightly toast the sour dough, then spread with a little brown crab meat.
  2. Finely dice the apple and place in a bowl with the crab meat, chilli, mayo and spring onions. Mix well and season.
  3. Top the toast with the crab mixture and scatter over the coriander leaves.

Serve with a wedge of lime.
